The cottage has been lovingly restored to the highest of standards and has obtained ETC's 5 star rating.

Beautiful Wolds countryside
surrounds the cottage which overlooks the grand Grimblethorpe Hall and a private
lake filled with Brown and Rainbow Trout. Access to the lake is good for those with limited mobility. The Lincolnshire Wolds offer fabulous walking and cycling routes. |

The original building was once where the shepherd stayed at lambing time. Today the cottage boasts quality furnishing and decor with all up-to-date appliances.

THE LOUNGE
The tastefully decorated and furnished lounge has the original beams and stonework with an English oak wooden floor complete with two comfortable sofas. For your entertainment we have a television, radio, cd player and DVD. |

THE KITCHEN
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with microwave oven, electric cooker and hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer and a dining area.
The cottage is fully centrally heated and all electric used is included in the renting fee.
All bed linen, tea towels and bathroom towels are provided.
